New Training Day Scheduled !!

With Our Next fresh meat intake about to open, the girls of SWSR have been busy training and preparing ourselves for next years competition season ahead, with numbers increasing, the committee of SWSR would like to announce that a new permanent training day has been Scheduled along with our usual Monday;




Training will now take place on Sundays and is Compulsory for all members unless a valid reason is given (ie work, sick etc).



Training Days and Times are now as follows:

Sundays: Indoor Michael Wenden Centre, Miller;
Time: 4.00pm – 6.00 pm -
Compulsory

Mondays: Indoor Michael Wenden Centre, Miller;
Time: 6.30pm – 8.30 pm - $15 (covers Sunday and Monday)
Compulsory

Wednesdays; Outdoor Netball Courts, Minto;
Time: 6.30pm – 8.30pm - free
Not Compulsory - Fresh meat encouraged to participate

Fresh Meat Training - Next Intake Dates;
Date: November 7th
Details: Every Sunday: 4.00pm -5.00pm (may increase to 6pm)
Cost $10 per session

Fresh Meat training is on
every SUNDAY
and Wednesday (if you would like extra one on one sessions)


(Note: Fresh Meat are not required to attend Monday nights training until they move onto the next stage and pass the required star test)
